I am trying to use your WAVES calculator (CNOIDAL) to estimate the profile of a design wave on Lake Michigan in 35’ of water depth (10.671 m) with a height of 21’ (6.402 m) and a period of 10 seconds. The program output looks good for the first 90 degrees then gives me multiple peaks and troughs before 360 degrees. | There is no problem with the Waves calculator's Cnoidal calculation option. Please refer to the explanation on Cnoidal waves with regard to the generation of these wave profiles. |
