Please let me know the format of the output data; is Fx in kN or N or kgs?

As with all CalQlata programs, when units are not provided you get out what you put in;
i.e. if you enter the weight of the catenary in kg then the force you get out is in kgf. If you enter the weight in Newtons, your forces will be in Newtons
This is due to the complication of accommodating imperial units, which use a different value for the gravitational acceleration
